安過ぎます．
アップルが「Shake 4.1」を発表、5分の1以下の価格に大幅値下げ (MYCOMジャーナル)
あのShakeが$500ってアナタ，Mac持ってたら目的も無く買ってしまいそうな値段です．Shake大好きなんですよねー．
ただ，業界ではLinux版が相当数使われていると思いますから，そちらの値段も気になります．昔からMac版よりはかなり高かったのですが，この価格改定でどのくらいになるのだろうか．
こんなに安くなってもShakeはやはり映画産業界で確固たる地位を持っているツールです．インハウスなアプリを除けば，もしかしたらうちらが常用する一番安いツールになるかも？
ところで，Shakeはcompositingのためのツールですから，ある一つのショットに合成やエフェクトを加える事は得意ですが，編集などは苦手です．強いて言えばAfterEffectsのような位置付けです．
Premier + AfterEffectsに対してFinal Cut + Shake．Macに限定されますが，自分なら断然後者ですね．
